Meet your Photographer
Thank you for visiting my page!
Hello, my name is Christine Hein, and I own Christine Hein Photography. I specialize in Maternity, Newborn and Family photography!
My studio was recently located in Downtown O'Fallon, Illinois for about 7 years but I just finished my
new build in New Athens, Illinois. I had huge plans to keep both locations open which both
are just 20-25 minutes outside of St. Louis, Mo. However, my O'Fallon studio is no longer open as
my new full time location is in New Athens!
Photography has always been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember!!
It all started when my first daughter was born, over 22 years ago. I started working in a lab processing film and my passion
continued to grow from there. Making memories with my family is extremely important, but being able to capture those memories to me,
is just as important. Let me help you capture those memories for you. Life is so short, and your children are only little once!
I have devoted so much time and effort into learning anything and everything I could about photography.
Education is extremely important, and you can never learn enough especially when it comes to the safety of newborn photography.
I have taken several courses through Milky Way Retreats, Creative Live, Jackie Jean Photography online workshops,
webinars with Katelyn James Photography, Marketing courses with Ana Brandt, Photographer Rising online with Heidi Hope, in person
workshop with Bethany Stone-Hill Photography, Dewdrops Photography by Amy McDaniel and Krystal Standefur Photography, as
well as attended the Shutterfest in STL and the Baby Summit in ATL. In which, I was able to mentor with over a dozen of amazing
Photographers. Just to name a few mentors: Ana Brandt, Kelly Brown, Heidi Hope, Amy McDaniel, Rachel Brenke, Sue Bryce, Bambi Cantrell,
Sally Sargood, Derek Clapham, Twig & Olive, Lisa Rapp, & Newborn Nerds. You can never learn enough when it comes to photography!
Newborn Safety is my #1 priority, when looking into hiring a Photography make sure they're properly trained.
Posing newborns can be fun, adorable and definitely fix that baby fever but be sure to hire someone who
will put the safety of your precious little first!
I honestly LOVE what I do and as a self taught photographer, I truly love being able to capture life's greatest moments!
I invite you to a personal photo session with me, I promise you wont be disappointed. I would be honored to capture
your Maternity, Newborn and or Family portraits so you will forever be able to cherish those memories!
